Headache is referred to the pain in the head area which includes the face, neckline and occasionally in the upper back and shoulder region. Aside from that, people can choose to go for the all natural home remedies for headaches. People opt for these kinds of treatment because they have fewer side effects and are proven very effective.
Some of the most effective home remedies for headaches are lemon and lime. All you have to do is squeeze the juice from these citric fruits and mix them with a cup of tea. You can also use their peels. All you have to do is apply the lemon or lime peels to the affected part of the face, neck or upper back.
Aside from lemon and lime, you can also use essential oils like peppermint, eucalyptus and saddlewood. Their sweet aromas are indeed very enticing. Using these oils for a good massage will definitely relieve you from your terrible headache. Just ask someone to massage your temples firmly going to your neckline and across your back. It will certainly give you instant headache and body relief. Not only that, it can help you unwind as well especially during a busy week.
